Monday, the Lions traveled to
Washington, Pennsylvania, to
meet the Presidents of W&J.
Despite having a 44-32 halftime
lead, Behrend could only muster
19 second half points as they fell
to the Presidents, 68-63.
Jason Paloskey led the
offensive attack with 15 points.
Andy Lawrence followed with 11
points, four rebounds, and three
assists.
Lions now
stand at 11-10
for the season.
Jeff Myers rounded out the
double digit-scorers for Behrend
with 10 points.
The floor certainly fell out on
the Lions, as Behrend only shot
29 percent from the field in the
second half.
This tasted especially bad after
the Lions shot 64 percent from
the field in the first half.
Saturday, the Lions hosted the
Warriors of Keuka College (8-
13). Behrend got trenched 59-57.
Ron Derian and Lawrence were
the only Lions in double figures
as Derian netted 13 points and
Lawrence aired 10 points.
Lawrence also battled for team
high honors in rebounds with
seven, and assists with three.
Myers ended with nine points,
but the 6*6” freshman was held to
