8 The Dallas Post Dallas, PA Wednesday, November 7, 1990 COMMUNITY Junior League prepares for boutique The Junior League of Wilkes-Barre is pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Holiday Boutiques to be held at the First United Methodist Church, 47 North Franklin Street, Wilkes-Barre, on November 17 and 18. Area craftspeople and retailers will be offering a wide variety of holiday merchandise, antiques, home furnishings and jewelry to Boutique visitors. Proceeds from the Boutiques will be used to support a variety of community projects in the Wyoming Valley. In addition, a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the First United Methodist Church to aide in the restoration and preserva- tion of this local historic landmark. The Junior League's 3rd Annual Holiday Boutique will be open to the public on Saturday, November 17 from 10 am to 6 pm, and on Sunday, November 18, from 1 pm to 5 pm. Admission is $3:00. Tickets may be purchased through Junior League members, at the Junior League office, 1261 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort, or at the door.
