A "strikingly" remarkable Incident of lightning's pranks occurred at John Marshall's farm near Sugar Hill last Friday afternoon during tho heavy storm which passed over this section. Mr. Marshall and his force of men were harvesting oats and sought shelter in the barn when the rain camo on. While they were watching the storm's fury lightning struck a shock of oats, setting It afire: It was consumed in a few minutes. Immediately after, and while the men were talking of the pe culiarities of clcctricnl storms, another shock was struck and burned up.
