That a conference com posed of three delegates from each county in the Kightcenlh Congres sional district shall meet at Lewis town, on Tuesday, January 'Jtltli, at 1 o'clock, p. in., for the purpose of considering I he ad isability of chang ing the present representation in future Republican conferences of the Kightcciith Congressional dis trict, composed of the counties of Franklin, Huntingdon, Fnion, Sny der, Milllin, .Juniata and Fulton j in to formulate and adopt a new sys tem of muk in in mi i mil ions for Con gress in said district."'
