Customs go bcito ef fect the first day of classes. • • List year saw the first freshmen on campus in five years but, since the "class" was made up of just 500 women, an abridged form of customs was adopted. Women's rules this year are divided into true customs, which end three weeks after the open of school, and regulations, which continue for longer periods. No limit has been set for men's cus toms; they will be removed by atcion of All-College Cabinet. Enforcement of customs is the 'task of Tribunal, men's student judiciary body, and Judicial, its feminine conuterpart. . Hatmen arid women also are especially charged with enforcing customs. Illegal Hazing Tribunal chairman Neil See emphasizes that freshman men can .turn. in to Tribunal names of upperclassmen guilty of ill egal hazing. All charges of breaking cus toms are to be written, signed, and placed in a, special box for Tribunal at the Student Union desk. Persons to appear at hear ings will be notified by Tribunal. Dress customs have been set up for both men and women.
