Biady, legally exi rut-d and acknowledged, bearing date August 13, 18:18, the same whereof is annexed to the petition, that the twenty warrants ab .ve men- lie tied were all paid by the said William P. Brady,'? as the agent or, and lor the use and benefit of John Nicholson, Esq., for the sole use and benefit of said Nicholsi.n, and was paid for with money placed in hi bands for that purpose, although from the books in said Land Office, it appear that said Wil iam P. Brady received endit for the purchase troney of said warrants. The petitioners further represent, that the said William P.
