WORTH T FRIVID:--Having made a thormigh trig' of the Medicated Varier Bath for four months past, in our societies in New Lebanon and Watervliet, w e think it but justice to state, that we consider it a valuable improvement in the healing art. Its power in reduc ing both chronic and acute inflarnation, also in remov ing spasm, is oertainly very greet. In cases of ob structed perspiration, it is unquestionably the safest Ord best remedy that wo have ever seen. Several persons in our society, who were scarcely fine from a catarrhal nfteetion during most of the winter months for several years past. have found permanent relief by using the path a few tines; and the predisposition to take coat, as it is commonly teenier', seems to he whol ly removed. Obstructed perspitution, is certainly in our c hangeable climate, one of the most ft uitful sour- Ce 3 of disease, and any remedy that is capable of re moving the pretlisranrition to it, must he considered. • groat blessingto mankind; and as such we do not hesi tate to recommend the ?dedicated Vapor Bath. Dos svms—Sir: I have in use one of Hath away's Hot Air Cooking Stoves, which I got from you last Spring. It affords me much pleasure to recom mend it for its excellence. So far as my knowledge extends, I have no hesitation in saying it is the best stove now in use. I need not particularize its merits, but would advise all disposed to possess an article of the kind, to adopt the best method of satisfying them selves, that is, to try it; wad I doubt nut they will be satisfied. D. R. MILLER. Washington Temperance Howse, Pittsburgh, Sept. 19, 1844. Mr. R. Dossvosi--Sir:--I have had in use for five months, one of Hatbaway's Hot Air Cooking Stoves, and I have no hesitation in saying it is the best stove now in use. The various kinds of cooking it is calcu lated to do at the same time, and the small quantity of fuel inquired, makes it an object worthy the atten tionof all who desire a good stove. THOMAS VARNER. iar I embrecethis opportunity to recommend the- Hot Air Cooking Stover,' I have used the one you put up for me constantly all summer, and I must say it is 1 a &rand article. I believe it is superior to any otter stove now in use in this city. The oven bakes well, and is large enough to bake four large loaves of bread at one time; it also cooks very speedily, and it requires coal, lthink them worthy theattention'of all 'who wish a good stove; to such I would say, try them and proye what they are. . oct ti i&wty MATHEW PATRICK. 17 on, A FIRE BRICK--on hand snd ftir Saki kIIJ by JOHN SCOTT &Co oct 30 Ne7,Conneeceial Bow, Liberty street. - -- ,- p, ---- am - . , ~ ' ' - --- •'• ~ , s iiii 7ll • ''. a WIL TROlWittlfingV • "Zig e IISPECTIOLLY informs Ow Weft OW Ils i haw removed iduopoly madhalls.l• ll 4o • ". . to the buildial rectally oecapMd by Ur 11.
