A prior codicil dated simultaneous ly with the will provides that the share of the estate to which Miss Jen lie Talma:, the only single daughter, la entitled shall be held In trust for her benefit. The will sets aside $1,000 to the Greenwood Cemetery company of Brooklyn for raring for his lots and direct that In the settlement of estate each of the children of the testator "shall be charged with the amount of advances made by me to them In my lifetime as per a memorandum of said advances made by me," and filed.
