tared by the United Statet gunboat' Pembina, inside of
Stone Inlet, South Carotins, as prize, and brought into
the port of Philadelphia in the Eastern District of Penn
sylvania, rightly and duly proceeding on the day of the
date hereof, upon the libel filed by the Attorney of the
United Festers, on behalf of the said United Staten, bath
decreed the arrest of the said. schooner ROWENA, her
tackle, apparel. and rurniture, and the goods, wares, and
