Frof.Wood'i Hair Beatoratlve. «■ No article of a similar Mud, now before the public, enjoys a better reputation as a restorative and Invigora ting hair tonic. Ite peculiar chemical qualities hero ft beneficial effect upon the growth and character of the hair, giving a silky and glossy texture to that which was former ly of a coarse and dry nature. It has also a tendency to preserve the youthful color and appearance of tho hair and destroying or counteracting the effects of age. with such recommendations In its favor, we hardly perceive Low any lady or gentleman should be withoutfo valuable hu adjunct to the toilet. Persons who have used it lrom the age of sixty-four down, declare it to be the most perfect ar tide to secure the object intended ever yet produced. Gray hair, whether produced by the slow progress of lim«», or by any of tbe causes which whiten the looks prematurely, Is restored to a healthy, lively appearance, and ail tbe disa. greoable effects of dryness, the accumulation of dandruff or like impurities, are removed. Prom the Editor of the Real Estate Advertiser, 27 School st Boston, March 20, 18->4 Prof. Wood: Deor Sir —Having become prematurely quite gray, I was Induced seme six weeks since, to make trial ofyonr Ilalr Restorative. I have used less than two bottles, but ihe gray hairs have all disappeared; and al though my hair has not fully attained .its original color, yet the process of change is gradually going on, and I have great hopes that, In a short time, my hair will bo as dark aa formerly. I have also been much gratified at the healthy molBtnre and vigor of the hair, which before was harsh and dry, and It has ceased to come out as formerly. Respectfully Tours, D. C. M. Rupp. Prop. Wood: Bear Sir —My hair eommencod falling off some three or four years since, and continued to do so until I became quite bald. I tried all the popular remedies of the day, but to no effect; at last I was Induced to use your cel ebrated Hair Restomtlvo, and am very happy to say it is doing wonders. I have now a fine growth of young hair, and cheerfully recommend its use to all similarly afflicted. A. 0. Williahsox, 133 £ocond stroot. Bt. Louis, March 7th, 1854. Cahlylk, 111., June 27th, 1853. I have used Prof. 0. J. Wood’s Hair Restorative, and have admired its wonderful effect. My hair was becoming, as I thought, prematurely gray, but by the use of bis Restora tive, it h<»q resumed its original color, and, I have no doubt, permanently so. Std.vzi Brxxbe, Ex-Senator, United States. YrKCENXES, Indians, June Isth, 1853. Pbo?. 0. J. Wood: Bear Sir—As you are about to manu facture extensively and vend your recently discovered llair Restorative, I will state, for whomsoever it may concern, that I hare used It, and known others use it; that I have for several years been in tho habit of using other Hair Re storatives, and that I find yours vastly superior to any other I know; It ontirely cleanses the head of dandruff, and with one month’s proper use will restore any person’s hair to tbe original youthful color And texture, giving it a healthy, roft, and glossy appearance, and all this without dUeoloring tbe bands that apply it, or tho drera rn which it drops. I would, therefore, recommend its use to every one desirous of having a fine color and texture to hair. Respectfully yourr, Wilsox liisa. For sale hy 0. J.
