The rivers continuo low and freights have accuinuinted, and now waiting for a rise for ship. meat. MONEY MARKETS.--The dullness of business keeps money matters state quo. Scrip rather tends downward, but there are no operations in it to any extent. The rates of Exchange on time bills on the West still continue high. Along the river. they are as Steubenville, Wheeling, Parkersburgh, St. Louis, Nashville and New Orleans, 2 per cent; Cincinnati and Louisville II per cent.; in the interi or of Ohio and Indiana, 3 per cent.
