The tea business of M'Callmont & Bond is about eight months old, and their assumption of the Pe kin Tea Company's name is because a name is open for any man or firm to assume; but the fact intended to imply thereby, that they have any connection with tie so called and well known Pekin Tea Co. of New York, is entirely false, they having been de• nied even an agency in Philadelphia, for the New York Company, that Company having refused even thus far to confide in them. I know not what kind of wool they keep, nor what kind of teas; I am only certain that they keep or obtain none of the Pekin Tea Company's of New York. Any person reading this card will see the gross deception they wish to practice on the public, and to the injury of my business.
