We loVe pumpkin pies, even when there ris ahubdance of tree ruits, and we shall this year, love them all the more because the trek fruits are scarce. - We have - tried all modes of drying pumpkins, but no plan is, we think, equal to the one we re.:pmniendeti a year ago, and which we have recently -tried on a later scale than hitherto.
