The testimony conclusively proved tho guilt of the prisoner, and ho was sen tenced to Stato prison, at hard labor for twenty years. Bugg, a Baptist preacher of Elmore county, cut his brother-in-law, Mr. Harper James' throat, and instantly killed him.
