The lights would be continually tuckering, making it very unpleasant te transact any business with them. The matter has re ceived attention en several occasions, bat the lights did net improve until within a lew days when the Schuyler Electric Light company, of Hartferd, Conn., sent cempetent persens te Columbia with in structions te remain here until the trouble is remedied. The lights are new doing much better. In the olllce of tbe light company is an in candescent light which has been highly spoken of by all who have been it.
