Alien T-ntrT nd an E.cert French Leave 01 me are. In the latest news from the Langtry combination the central figure is net Mrs. Langtry, bat Miss Agnes Langtry, the chaperone and sistcr-in law of the actress, who was called te this country by the Lily te be her traveling companion after Mrs. Labouchere's departure. Miss Agnes is said te be the sister of Mr. Langtry, and has hitherto enjoyed the intimate friend ship of the wife. She is mere tban ;i few yearaaer senior, is moderately geed look ing and is very sedate and dignified in her manner. Since joining the company, sev eral months ace, kIie has been an almost constant associate of Mrs. Langtry and Mr. Gebhard in their walks and drives. The Timtk has a despatch from Kechcs ter, saying that en Sunday. March 18, tin. company were en their way into Cauada and stepped atNiagaia Falls for the day. With the party was a young man from Terente, who had been iutreduccd te Miss Agnes a lew days oeiero, ami wuuu at tentions te her, it is said, were almost as marked as were tbese of Mr. Gebbard te the actress. The company met at the depot at the appointed time te make their departure, but Miss Agnes and her friend worn TntKsinc. Ne explanation could be given of bcr absence, and when last seen she was en the Canadian side, in company with the Terente admirer, riding from the Suspension bridge towards the Cliften Heuse. As they wcre net en hand when the train was ready te start the company went without them. Telegrams were sent back te her, but no information was obtained until several days later, when a message came te the city simply lequest ing that Miss Agnes' trunk be sent te her at once te Terente. This was tee much for Mrs. Langtry. She positively refused te send the trunk and she still retains it. Mrs. Langtry is very angry at her sister-in-law's conduct, and is shocked that her nwn fWm nm did net insnire within her a deeper sense of propriety. Meanwhile, it is a serious question hew a woman can stay away two whole weeks without her baggage. She sent several telegrams later demanding her things, but they have net received attention.
