Ttao Pronpectlve Ktwiivarc Dcreat In Mew York, Pennsylvania ana Virginia. Representative Dc-zandorf, of Virginia, has returned from Nesv York, where he went to get substantial aid in his cam paign, lie seemed to bo quite resigned at the prospect of an administration defeat. A man to whom he talked reports him as saying that the administration was going to wreck and ruin both in Xcw York and Pennsylvania, and that the Blaine men in both states were heart'ly glad of it. Mr. Dczendorf says that it is well ujideistood anion;; l!r.ie'! friends that after the ruin is consummated then Blame's uamo will bo rung from one end of the continent to the other as the only win who can take the 'party to victory in 1884. Mr. Dezeu dorf says that ho will beat Maho:i and the administration in his riit-triet this fall by a handsome majority, and that the straight-out Republicans mill control the organization in Virginia, to tli'J iuflnito disgust of tho administration. nonseltolil Market.
