The said fire plugs, as well as those already erected, arc to he under the control and care of the said Water Company, who are to keep the same in good repair, except where the same may be broken or injured in any way for the purpose of getting water to extinguish tires, in which j case all necessary repairs are to be made at the expense ol -aid Borough of Lcwistown.
