Go in boys and win We are sorry to say that there are | numerous complaints against some of out young men and, as intimated, young ladies too, during the past week. We would advise them not to fool with Uncle Sam's keyholes and threaten to do violence to our postmaster when spoken to about it. Carmel, took in the wedding last Wednesday and shook hands with their many frietids. G. B. Barclay harvested the first alfalfa clover last week that was ever raised in this section. It was a fine crop. The bachelor girls club met last week for the last time and passed resolutions to discontinue their order, owing to so many of their members getting married. Several large salmon came floating into the boom this week. One carue floating down last week, .'52 inches long, which would 'weigh about ten pounds. It is too bad to see such fine fish destroy ed and driven out of our streams. The Sinnanrahoning Dynamite (Jo's directors met last week and elected the officers for the Company as follows: president, O. L. Bailey; treasurer, J. A. Wykoff; secretary, J. Hawley Baird; gen eral manager Victor E. Cruiu. The stock in the company is increasing rapidly since it has become a sure thing. They will commence operations July Ist or sooner tf the deed for the land gets here. Several prominent meu in the county have subscribed to the fund lately. W. C. IMG. P. O. S. of A. will dedi cate their new hall, Monday evening, July 3rd. All Camps in the district arc invited. After the dedication the Daugh ters ol America will serve a banquet in Brooks' Hall to all who participate in the service. The new building will be com pleted and ready for the lodge to occupy on that date, and is one of the finest buildings in town. B. 11.
