Ex-Democratic State Chairman Gar man arrived at liiß homo in Wilkes- Barre from Philadelphia yesterday afternoon, and in an interviow he said: "In my judgement Mr. Coray cannot be substituted for Mr. Palm on the Democratic ticket, and the court will be asked to determine whether my judgment is or is not correct. The al liance which it is proposed to bring about is humiliating to every true Democrat." Mr. Qarman would not say whether he would personally con duct the legal proceedings that may be taken to restrain the Democratic State Central Committee from placing Mr. ] Coray's name on the ticket, but it is likely that he will.
