Destructive Fike. Between 12 and 1 o'clock this morning, a tire broke out in the distillery of Messrs. II agerty & Murray, Nos. 128 and 130 Dock stree'. The drivers and conductors of the various City Pas senger iailroads held a meeting laat evening tor the purpose of forming a Drivers' and Conduc tors' Protective Union.
