Oui next two hearings are going to be concerned with the people at the beginning and at the end of the food marketing system —the producers and the con sumers ” He added that he hoped ■witnesses from farm, coopera tive, and bargaining organiza tions would draw upon their own experiences to tell the Commission at its November hearing, how their groups op erate, how they have adapted to changing marketing condi tions, wihat they have achiev ed, and what obstacles they foresee to greater achieve ments Established by Congress in July 1964 as a temporary agency assigned to examine the marketing processes in volved in getting farm prod ucts into Che consumer's pan try, the Pood Marketing Com mission is to report on its study by July 1, 1966.
