A project tour for members followed. On the tour the' dub visit ed the following members’ projects: Roy Douts, tobacco; John Douts, sweet potatoes; Shop AGWAY And Be On The AGWAY INC. LANCASTER Mary DouU, gardening: Dan- The tour ended at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Le fever where the meeting was held. Before the meeting, members looked at Ann Le fever’s capons. After the meeting was called to order, members re sponded to roll call by telling about their projects. The chicken barbecue to' be held July 31 was discussed. Members returned money and, unsold tickets. About 150 tic kets were sold. It was planned that the Lion’s -Club-would barbecue the chickens and the 4di Club would prepare the rest of the food. Tweaftydlhree members, two leaders, and several parents were present at the meeting. The nest meeting will' he held at Robert Groff’s on Au gust 10 at 730 p.n». A pig demonstration will be on the program.
