CROP & LIVESTOCK PRICES DOWN The Index of Prices Re ceived by farmers for agu cultural products in mid- March decreased fiom mid- February but was higher than a year ago, according to the Pennsylvania Ciop Re 'portmg iService. The crop price index fell only slightly while the livestock price de creased by 2 peicent fiom February. Crop prices aie mixed, with four ci ops advancing, four declining and four unchanged from mid-February. Corn shows the biggest increase with a 3 cent boost from last February and 2 cents above 'the March 1964 figure Bar ley and soybeans are also up from February, however, bar ley is on the same price level as in March 1964 while soy beans are 15 cents a bushel higher Wheat price fell one cent from last month and is 46 cents under the pnee re ceived for wheat a year ago. Potatoes remained at the high level of $4 30 per cwt. which was reached in February and are $1.85 higher than a year earlier.
