Paul was assistant secre tary of his local FFA chap ter in 1959, vice president in 1960 and president in 1961. He was awarded the Red Rose Farmer degree in 1960. Being active in 4-H, Paul is currently vice president of the county 4-H Holstein club and game leader in both the Garden Spot community club and Holstein 4-H club.
