Estimated slaughter by Eastern Shore Processors for the weekend is 670,000 head compared to 652,000 head last weekend. The Delmarva broiler-feed ratio for the week ending on July 15 was down two points from the previous week at 4 2 Broilers averaged 19 41 and mash cost $9lBO per ton. Georgia reported prices of 17 to 17 5 at farms for 862,- 000 head for the 24 hour period ending 10 30 Friday morning. Estimated slaughter in Georgia for the weekend is 1,806,000 head. Fluid Milk Production Still Trends Down Production in general con tinned its downward trend in the Northeast but at a re duced rate in most sections. In the Southeastern section of the country recent rams improved pasture conditions resulting in occasional sur passes being channeled in to cheese manufacturing.
