He made his comments fol lowing receipt of the ninth application for assistance wi th flood prevention filed with the Comnrssion this year. It involves 130,544 acres in Fishing Creek watershed in Columbia County and is the sixth largest Watershed ap plication of the 38 under con struction or consideration.
