I have written him asking for it but have had no luck. He was being sent to Korea at the time and needed the money because he wanted to take his car to California. His mother and I were friends and she is the only proof I .have. I really could use it, as I am self-supporting and the family 1 knows it but it doesn’t mean a thing. Please advise me what to do. M. Should this fail, you may start suit against him before a magis trate or justice of the peace the next time he is home on leave. I am involved in a dispute with a friend of mine over the discovery of a hundred-dollar bill. My friend was a guest at my home and upon leaving found this bill on my lawn. I feel that since it was found on my prop erty it should be mine. My friend feels since it was dis covered by him that it is his. Assuming the person who lost the bill is out of the picture, to whom does the bill belong? H. A. J. A. The bill was found on your property. It is yours, and you have a right to claim it from your friend, even though he dis covered it. If he had found it on a public thoroughfare, his right would be superior. The true owner, of course, could claim it from either of you. !■■■■■«■■■■■■■■■■■ a New & Used Tractors £ ■ & Farm Equipment a 1 CLYDE E. KEENER J ■ Located at Intersection ■ 2 Of Kt. 230 & 72 ■ ■ R.
