Because they do not stop to pick up the unfortunate ones that have to park at the bottom of the 95' hill. Have you ever sat through a day in school with such soggy wet shoes you could "squosh" your toes Around? or your clothes were so wet you thought you were swimming? This is a normal feeling for the floating masses who have to TRUDGE , up the hill daily in order to pursue their insatiable thirst for knowledge.
