Just a few of her hobbies include ceramics, painting, macramc, stained glass, and calligraphy. Garver also sews and says she "enjoys making all kinds of dolls and tears." Though not officially retired until August 30, Garver is presently on vacation from work. She says she's "keeping busy," and began swimming three times a week. Garver says she also plans to travel after retiring. "I'm already planning to go to Colorado next month," she says.
