AN UNWRITTEN POLICY AND VAGUE WORDING in the school handbook have Baylor University in court on charges including violation of NATION across the USA the Texas Consumer Protection Act. A former student claims she was forced to leave the school in 1987 because she was pregnant and single. Baylor officials deny the charges, but point out that the handbook instructs students to act in accordance with Baptist values.
