Whatever happened to the NBA tradition?
There were both positive and nega
tive signs in the 2000 NBA All-Star
game this past weekend that give
NBA fans a sense of where the league
is headed this century. The high-fly
ing, quick-paced action of the
league's new stars is enough to keep
fans in the seats of many arenas
throughout this country, and now,
even Canada (with the emergence of

the media realizes that, and covers
the real stars...the ones winning the
NBA Championships, not the Ones

out every new year to a new NBA

Entries: deadline is Friday, February 18, at 4:00 p.m.
Entry Fee: $2.00 will be charged to your student account
Divisions: Coed only
Round robin for each league. Top two teams
from each league will advance to a single elimination
championship bracket.
Time and Place: Games will begin the week of February 21
and will he played at various times. All games are to be played
at Erie Flail.
Notes: You must check the glass case by Sunday, February 20,
to see when your team plays. There will not be a captains
