munications to E. R. Norris, Business Manager,
Editorial.
With this issue of the Free Lance, a change in the edi
torial staff will be noticed. A new editor and two associates
have been elected to fill the vacancies which have occurred
since our last issue. As is the case in all changes of mem
bership in a board, their first work is somewhat handicapped
by being placed in new environment and the lack of a wide
experience.
The editor, in the assumption of his duties, desires to
continue the succesful effort made last year to revive our
journal from the obscurity which threatened it in/ its recent
history. After thoughtful consideration on the part of the
staff, we have decided to change the policy of the Lance.
Heretofore, literary matter was intended to be the predomi-
Editors.
