V-Ball looks to
"The season was very
positive. The team played well
and everyone got along. The
team had a lot of charisma," said
Nadolny.
Torrelli said, "We worked hard
and had a lot of fun together.
Things just didn’t seem to go our
way.”
The statistical team leaders for
this season were Allshousc with
49 serving aces, sophomore
Carrie Grzejka with 271 kills, 55
solo blocks and 51 block assists,
and Nadolny with 180 saves and
146 kills.
"Overall, it was a good
season," said Wilson. "The
highlight of it had to be winning
the Alfred Tournament and
coming in second in our own
tournament."
She then added, "The toughest
stretch had to be when we played
Washington and Jefferson,
University of Pittsburgh at
Johnstown, and Bethany. We
just didn't play that well during

This year's freshmen and
sophomores will have the
experience of only one or two
seasons to build on for next year.
"A good off-season will make
the difference, ” said Wilson. "I
want them to play more, but 1
want them to have other interests
as well."
The Lions will be looking
forward to next season as they
will be ushering in a "new" era of
the Lady Lions volleyball, one
that should be filled with fast
paced action, a lot of points and
hopefully, more wins.
