Most faculty and staff members only have the opportunity to meet students in a formal academic or advisory setting
By hosting a table at the Thanksgiving Dinner for 6 Strangers program, you will have the opportunity to meet
students in a non-academic setting. This will also give students an opportunity to get to know faculty and staff
members as people with interests beyond the classroom or the office.
This year, the Thanksgiving Dinner for 6 Strangers program will be neld on Thursuay. in the
Wintergreen Cafe. Each faculty member will share a dinner table with six randomly-assigned students. The dinner
is free and sponsored by the Office of Student Activities/Union.
This is Penn State-Behrend's sixth annual Dinner for 6 Strangers and your participation is needed to make it
successful. The Office of Student Aetivities/Union hooes to eliminate the "strangers" on campus and turn them into
friends.

In the off-season Marc
participates in as many
intramural sports as possible
here at Bchrcnd. And in the
summer he does landscaping
work and plays a lot of soccer
and basketball.
Marc is not sure whether he
will slay at Bchrcnd for two
more years, but he has greatly
enjoyed his first two seasons of
soccer here.
