The Penn State - Behrend
men's and women's basketball
programs will be holding an
Open House on November 14 at
7:00 p.m. in Erie Hall.
The event is open to all
members of the Behrend faculty,
staff and their families, the entire
student body, and to the local
community. The purpose of the
event is to allow everyone to get
acquainted with the two
basketball squads.
"We see the event as an
opportunity to involve the
faculty, college, and local
communities in our programs,"
said men's assistant coach Terry
Thompson.
The evening will start with
team introductions and then be
followed by a demonstration of
practice drills.
The program will then lead
into a men's team slam-dunk
competition and three-point
contest against the women. The
men's team will also hold a team
scrimmage.
