After the attack, the Gannon
cadets returned to their own patrol
base less than a mile away and
waited for an assault from the
Bchrcnd Rangers.
The Rangers had difficulty
navigating to the Raider base in
the dark forest, and did not locate
their target until well after
midnight.

- One girl was tackled inside
the house by a patrolman.
Another was slammed into a
wall.
- Off duty Bchrcnd police
officer, "Col." Chip Sanders,
held the door of a room shut as
two police officers literally
interrogated one young lady to an
emotional breakdown. The
officers tried to force her to sign a
statement that said that she was
drinking.
- When she refused they called
her a "liar" and screamed "Sign
the paper” repeatedly.
- Officer Sanders let no one in
"The Gannon cadets weren't
on the ridge that we thought they
would be on,” McConnell said.
"They were on a different ridge
almost one kilometer away, so
our attack came later than
planned.”
The delay in attack benefited
the Rangers, who were wide
awake after their march through
the frigid night air, compared to
the Gannon cadets who had
settled into sleeping bags inside
their tents for the night.
