Willis W. Frankhouser,

at Wyeth Marietta retired.

An awards dinner was held for players and parents of the Donegal Indians football team
last week. Guest speakers from F&M praised Donegal’s school spirit and good-looking

The Jessie Mooney Award, for outstanding dedication and
leadership, went to Rory Gallagher. Al Brooks was voted Most Valuable Player- the best
all-around man on the team.
Offensive and defensive Headhunter awards, based on total points for blocking or most
tackles and assists in individual games, were awarded by the coaches. Award winners
received wooden plaques. Defensive awards went to R. Gallagher, Mike Leas, Greg
Gallagher, Mike Careoll, Geoge Mohr and Tom Brill. Offensive awards went to Greg
Gallagher and Rory Gallagher.
The Red Shirt Award, for the player who hustled and hit the mo: every day of the
season, will be presented to Greg Gallagher at an awards assembly later this year.

Pharmacy Section and the
Product Development Sec-
tion, where he was Super-
visor, Product Stability and
Package Evaluation Unit,

Seven starters for last
year’s championship team
have graduated.
Only three regular start-
ers are back: George Mohr,
now weighing about 150
pounds; Joe Meszaros, now
at approximately 130; and
Jerry Garner at 140.
Consequently, only three
of the twelve spots on the
team seem to be taken care
of at present.
The most serious problem
faced by new Coach Funk is
the fact that the lightest
man on his squad at present
