AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF MOUNT JOY,
LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING
ORDIANACE NO. 334 AS AMENDED, REGULATION TRAF-
FIC AND PARKING WITHIN THE BOROUGH; PRESCRIB-
ING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS AND REPEALING
CERTAIN PRIOR ORDINANCES.









































The Borough of Mount Joy hereby ordains:
Article IT, Section 6, of Ordianace No. 334 as amended is amended by adding or changing
the following stop intersections:
CHANGES: Remove South Market Street Southbound as the stop street and establish
the stop street as Square Street both Eastbound and Westbound.
ADDITIONS:

2. Entrance to Springfield Gardens Donegal Springs Road Southbound

Article III, Section 4, of Ordinance No. 334 as amended is amended by adding to or
changing the following location where parking ‘is prohibited:
CHANGES: Delete all No Parking restrictions on the West side of North Plum Street to
Church Street.
Delete the Northern most location of the No Parking area on the East side of
North Barbara Street and move it south to Carolyn Alley.

ADDITIONS:

1. North Barbara Street West From the intersection of East Main Street—65 feet
North.
2. East Main Street North From the intersection of North Barbara Street 48
feet East.
3. Mount Joy Street North& From the west side of North Barbara Street 50 feet
