Elias Musser,
Farmer, Dies
Elias Z. Musser, 70,
Mount Joy, R.D.1, died at
his home at 9:51 p.m. on
Sunday. He had been under
the care of a physician.
Born in E. Donegal
Township, he was the
husband of Ruth Dourte
Musser and the son of the
late Irvin W. and Naomi
Zercher Musser.
He was a member of
Cross Roads Brethren in
Christ Church, served as a
deacon for 16 years and was
on the cemetary board 33
years.
He was a board member
of the Lancaster County
Farm Bureau, and was a
member of the Pennsylvania
Holstein Association. He
was a retired farmer.
Surviving in addition to
his widow are these chil-
dren: Irvin R., Mount Joy

Calif.; Ethel R., wife of John
R. Stoner, Lancaster;
Donald C., Mount Joy;
Glenn A., Toledo, Ohio; Jay
R., and Merle D., at home;
17 grandchildren, and these
brothers and sisters:
Clarence Z. and Ruth N.
Musser, both of Grantham;
and J. Earl, Elizabethtown.

Palmyra, Dies
Henry D. Drescher, 71, of
30 S. Duke St., Palmyra,
died Monday morning“ in
Lebanon Good Samaritan
Hospital, where he was a
patient for the past two
weeks.
Born in Rapho Twp., he
was a son of the late Fred
and Mary Lenhardt Dres-
cher and was a retired
Pennsylvania Highway De-
partment employee. Since
his retirement he has

the first user of the church.
He is survived by his
widow, Naomi Heilman
Drescher; one son, Eugene
H. Drescher, Palmyra; four
sisters: Mrs. Alice Gibble,
Mrs. Martha Rohrer, both of
Manheim; Mable, wife of
Luther Sentz, Eilzabethtown
R4, and Katie, wife of
Walter Blantz, Quarryville;
and four brothers, John and
Paul, both of Mount Joy
R.D.1; Norman Drescher,
Manheim; and Luther
Drescher, Palmyra. *
Mrs. Miller,
Marietta, Expires
Mrs. Ethel Miller, eighty-
five, died Sunday at the
Fairview Manor Convales-
cent Home, Columbia, after
a lengthy illness. She was
formerly of 601 W. Market
St., Marietta.
She was the widow of
Clayton Miiler and was born
in Fairport Harbor, Ohio,
the daughter of the late
Andrew and Anna Bayus.
She was a member of St.
Mary's Catholic Church,
Marietta.
She is survived only by
nieces and nephews.
