Youth to Tell of
Dominican Experiences
Four young people from
St. Mark’s United Metho-
dist Church, Mount Joy,
Pa., recently spent 9 days of
missionary work in the
Dominicari Republic under
the auspices of the Christian
Medical Society. Sharon
Grissinger, Judy Keller,
Newton Kendig, and
Michael Kohler left New
York on August 12th and are
returning on the 21st. They
will tell the story of their
activities to the worshipping
congregation at St. Mark’s
on Sunday, August 24th
(10:15 A.M.). The entire
service will be in charge of
the youth of the church.
Miss Cindy Emenheiser will
be the liturgist for the
service. The community is
invited to hear the story of
the youth’s participation in
the mission of the church in
our time.
At a later date the youth
missioners will give a
further account of their trip
with the use of pictures.
