caused by Hurricane Agnes
in the summer of 1972,

Borough of Marietta to be
used generally for flood
relief within said Borough.
An Application has been

Common Pleas of Lancaster
County for distribution of
these funds. This applica-
tion has been filed by the
Borough of Marietta and
requests distribution of said
monies either in whole or in
part to any one or all of the
following organizations:
a. Pioneer Fire Company
of Marietta, Pennsylvania,
for use in the construction of
a community building;
and/or
b. The Marietta Jaycees
for use in renovation and
maintenance of a commun-
ity building in the Borough
of Marietta; and/or
c. Distribution to any
other similar charitable or-
ganizations operating within
the Borough of Marietta as
the Court may deem fit and
proper.

that a hearing on the
aforesaid distribution will be
held in Court Room No. 4 of

The second public
meeting for the Lancaster
Transit Improvement Pro-
gram will be held Wednes-
day, August 20, at 8:00 p.m.
in Lancaster City Council
Chambers, Public Safety
Building, 208 N. Duke
Street, Lancaster, PA.
This meeting will deal
with progress since the
initial public meeting (held
May 15), the interim pro-
gram report, and alternative
transit sysytems.
In addition, the Lancaster
Transit Authority will be
providing FREE bus service
both to and from the
meeting for those persons
wishing to ride the buses at
that time (this is not
regularly scheduled service),
The buses will stop any-
where along the routes to
pick up passengers--just
indicate to the driver you
wish to ride. The Duke
Street Parking Garage is
nearby for those persons
who will be driving cars (the
regular parking fee will
apply).
E-Town - Mt. Joy Bus
The Elizabethtown-Mount
Joy bus will leave the west
end of Elizabethtown at 6:30
p.m. and follow its regular
route through Rheems,
