An ordinance amending
ordinance no. 69—6 of the
Borough of Marietta, Lan-
caster County, Pennsylvan-
ia, which ordinance imposes
| sewer rentals or charges
levied for the use of the
sewage collection system
operated by said borough.
Be it enacted and ordain-
ed by the Borough Council
of the Borough of Marietta,
Lancaster County, Pennsyl-
vania, and it is hereby
enacted and ordained as
follows:
I. Section 2(A) and Sec-
tion 2(B) of Ordinance of
69-6, being the Ordinance
April 17, 1969, concerning
rentals and charges for the
use of the Sanitary Sewage
Collection System of the
Borough of Marietta, is
amended to read as Follows:
Section 2(A)—Residential
Each private Dwelling Unit
...$114 per annum, payable
at the rate of $28.50 per
quarterly billing period.
Section 2(B)—Non—Res-
idential. (Commercial, In-
dustrial, Schools, Club
Rooms, Taverns, Fire
Houses, Professional Of-
fices, Hotels, Restaurants,
Churches, Service Stations,
Garages, Barber Shops,
Beauty Shops, Laundromats
Institutions, etc.)
I. All owners of non—-
“ residential Improved Pro-
perties connected to the
Sewage Collection System
shall pay sewer rentals or
charges, except as hereinaf-
ter noted, at the rate of
$28.50 per quarter annum
per unit on the basis of
equivalent Dwelling Units
as set forth in the following
schedules:
II. Nothing in this Ordi-
nance shall be deemed to
effect in any way the
equivalent Dwelling Units
set forth in Ordinance 69—6
and all amendments there-
to.
III. Any Ordinance or any
part of any Ordinance
inconsistent with the provi-
sions of this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
IV. This Ordinance shall
be effective retroactive to
April 1, 1975.
