Girl Scout news
The Penn Laurel Girl
Scout Council will hold
kick-off meetings for the
Girl Scout Family Campaign
on three consecutive nights
for each of the council’s
three districts in Lancaster
County.
The Witness Tree District
kick-off meeting will be at
7:30 p.m., Monday, April
28 at St. Mark’s United
Methodist Church, Mount
Joy. Mrs. Fred Joost, Dis-
trict Campaign Chairman,
will chair the meeting.

ted to do the senior photo-
graphy.

Adams manages show
Charles V. Adams of
Manheim will manage the
Marietta Lions Horse Show
on May 4 in War Memorial
Park in Marietta.
Adams has managed the
successful horse shows of
the Manheim Lions for a
number of years.
He lives with his wife
Mary and children Van and
Beth at 111 S. Grant Street

have won awards in horse
shows around the county.
.Adams_ has been enthusi-
astic about horses ever since
he was a small boy.
His specialty is western
horses.
