The award was pre- sented by the Touchdown Club of Berks County at their annual banquet, held at Stokesay Castle on January 23. Jim is the son of Dr. and Mrs. H. James Elvin, formerly ‘of Mount Joy, now of Wernersville, Pa. He is a senior at Conrad Weiser Area High School, Robesonia, Pa. Upon graduation Jim plans to attend Albirght College, Reading, Pa. While still residing in Mount Joy, Jim played football for the Donegal Braves and received the Roy C. Wagner and S. 7 Maxwell trophies.
