During his six weeks at the
Air Training Command’s
Lackland AFB, Tex., he
studied the Air- Force
mission, organization and
customs and received
special instruction in human
relations.
The airman has been
assigned to the Technical
"Training Center at Lowry for
specialized training in the
supply field.
Airman Hower graduated
from high school in 1974 at
Scotland, Pa.
Begin Water Test
At New Wells
Testing of water quality at
the site of two new wells
drilled by the Borough
Authority west of the town on
Donegal Springs road was
scheduled to begin early this
week.
Kohl Brothers company of
Harrisburg, who also drilled
the wells, is in charge. They
were given contracts for the
work recently following
competitive bidding.
Two days was estimated to
be needed for full testing.

Notice is hereby given that
the Borough Planning
Commission of the Borough
of Mount Joy, Lancaster
County, Pennsylvania will
hold a public hearing at 7:30
p.m., prevailing time, on
December 19, 1974 in the
Borough Hall for the purpose
of considering revised zoning
regulations. The proposed
ordinance is to amend the
present ordinance by
replacing existing
regulations with new
provisions regulating the use
of land and structures, area
of lots, density of
populations, accessory uses
and dividing the Borough
into nine zoning districts.
The ordinance also provides
