Farmer Sr., 73, of 716 Poplar St., died at 3 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 10, at St. Joseph hospital following a short illness. Born in East Donegal township, he was the son of the late John and Laura Johnstin Farmer. He was employed by PP&L until he retired in 1964. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran church, of Mount Joy, the Friendship Fire Company No. 1 of Mount Joy, and the Milton Grove Sportsmen’s club. He was the husband of the late Edna K. Mummau, 74, Arcadia, Fla., formerly of Mount Joy died Sunday, Aug. 11, at 8:05 a.m. at the DeSoto Memorial hospital, Arcadia, following a short illness. He was the husband of Mable Cassel Mummau, Mount Joy. He was born in Mount Joy, a son of the late Abram and Mary Reist Mummau. He was a member of the Mennonite faith. Prior to moving to Florida in 1952, he was a livestock dealer in Lancaster and Cham- bersburg. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons: Cassel C., Mount Joy R1; and John C.
