Vine St., Lan- caster, died at St. Joseph Hospital Thursday evening June 13, after an illness of six months. She was the widow of Isaac H. Testerman. He had been a textile worker at George-Brown & Son cotton mills until the business closed in 1950. He was last employed as a watchman at National Standard Co. A member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Mount Joy, he also belonged to Mount Joy American Legion Post 185. Brown, who served in the U.S. Marines in World War I, took part in operations against bandit forces in north Haiti in 1919. A resident of Mount Joy for the past 40 years, he was born in Philadelphia, a son of the late Benjamin and Ella McMenamin Brown. In addition to his widow, at home, he is survived by one son, Albert B., at home, and one daughter, Eleanor, wife of Albert Mueller, El Paso, Tex.; two grandchildren, and one sister, Miss Florence Brown, Lancaster.
