Drace, 117 S. Barbara St. She attends Donegal high school and the Willow Street Vo- Tech School. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Christian D. Neidigh, 680 Wood St. He was graduated from Donegal high school and the Willow Street Vo-Tech School. He attends Electronics Institute, Harrisburg. He is employed by Weis Markets, Mount Joy, and WCMB Radio, Harrisburg. Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a floor-length gown of Dacron organza and beaded Venise lace trimmed in velvet ribbon and daisy appliques. The congregation will observe Rural Life and Soil Stewardship Sunday, Miss Judy Keller will address herself briefly to this theme. Another youth speaker, Miss Nancy Jo Greenawalt, will share with the congregation some reflections on her experiences as a youth in- tern working with the pastor of the church. A solo, ‘Bring Back the Springtime’, by Kurt Kaiser, will be sung by soprano, Miss Linda Sherk. There also will be an emphasis in the service upon the Ascension of Christ. The Chancel Choir will sing the appropriate anthem, “Go Ye Into All the World,” and the pastor, W. Richard Kohler, will entitle his meditation, “Christ’s Claim on Our World.” Youth will serve as greeters and ushers for the occasion. Worshippers will be given name tags as they enter. After the service, punch and cookies will be served to give opportunity for fellowship and getting acquainted. The community is invited to participate. Macrame Demonstration Given Farm Women 8 Farm Women’s Society No. 8 met at the home of Mrs. Harold Ney, Marietta Rl, Saturday, May 18. The meeting was in charge of Miss Anna Mae Eby, president, who led the group in singing ‘‘How Great Thou Art.” Devotions were led by Mrs. Isabel Endslow. Roll call response created interest as each one told what her pleasure was when creating with thread or yarn. Kathy Hay, Middletown, and Ann Brown, Harrisburg, sang “Up With People’ and beautiful portions of ‘The Sound of Music.”” Ann Brown concluded with a solo. Sue Heinaman, a 4-H leader, demonstrated basic steps in Macrame. This art was known in the Victorian Era. Variations of designs have been created since then. Each lady had the privilege of working out the design being shown. A tour of the Hickory Farms is set for June 10. Meet at the Union National Bank at 6:45 p.m. The bus will leave at 8:30 am., June 17 for a Get- tysburg tour. Reservations must be made by June 1.
