A Rummage and Food Sale will be sponsored by the Auxiliary on Saturday, May 4, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Anyone having items to donate for the sale may take them to the fire house any Wednesday evening or to the fire hall on Friday morning, May 3. Food donations for the sale may be taken to the fire hall on Saturday mor- ning, May 4. The Auxiliary will check into having a stand (possibly a soft-drink stand) along the parade route for the Memorial Day parade on May 25. In addition, the Auxiliary plans to have a food stand at the Jaycees’ Carnival, also on Saturday, May 25, beginning directly after the parade. The money collected at the Christmas banquet for the kitchen will be spent for a Crock-Pot. The Auxiliary’s annual Mother-Daughter banquet will be a covered-dish social on Thursday evening, May 16, at 6:30 p.m. in the fire hall. All members are requested to take a covered dish, and their own place setting. Meat will be provided by the Auxiliary.
